Terms of service

All pieces are completely handmade and no two pieces are the same! Because of this, the item you receive may vary slightly from the photo listed. All ceramics are microwave and food safe (unless otherwise mentioned) Pieces are dishwasher safe as well, though hand-washing can never hurt :)

Orders are packed and shipped within 10-20 business days after your order is placed. I (Hi! it's Louise :D) am a solo creator currently and running my online shop is not my full time job! Please be patient with orders. <3 You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your piece is shipped. Please double check that your address is correct before your order is shipped, you will be charged extra if the item is shipped or labeled incorrectly and is sent back! If you receive a package with only part of your order, please wait until the processing window has closed to reach out!! We often ship items separately and part of your order just took a little longer.

I am not responsible for lost or stolen items or any taxes or custom fees that might applied to international orders. International orders are non refundable if buyer refused to pay the taxes or custom fees.

International orders are currently experiencing long delays, so please keep this in mind before ordering internationally.

All items are final sale but if the piece arrived damaged due to shipping, please let me know within 10 days of receiving your order and I will figure out a way to make it right. Buyer is responsible for any possible return shipping costs.
